How do I submit a repair?
For any repairs simply bring your piece to any of our Versani boutiques or you can ship it to our service center (please contact us at 212-941-7770 or at v@versani.com). After evaluating the piece, we will contact you to discuss any fees if any.


How do I clean my Versani jewelry?
Versani gladly offers a complimentary cleaning for your Versani pieces at our Versani boutiques.


What is your warranty?
We offer a one-year warranty on the craftsmanship of our jewelry. To preserve your warranty, any resizing, modifications, or repairs must be done at the Versani repair center.

Can I resize my jewelry?
