| For domestic locations, all orders are insured and shipped for a flat rate of $25.00 via UPS Ground (arrives in 3-5 Business Days).
For faster delivery we also offer UPS 2nd Business Day Air (1-2 Business Days) for $45.00, Next Day Air for $55.00 and Saturday Delivery for $80.

| We’ll send you an email with your tracking number and estimated arrival date at the email address provided upon your time of purchase.

| 8. Does Versani offer gift wrapping? |
| All packaging will arrive gift wrapped in a signature Versani packaging. You may also include a personalized message that will appear on a Versani card to be included in your order package.

| For any repairs simply bring your piece to any of our Versani boutiques or you can ship it to our service center (please contact us at 212-941-7770 or at [email protected]).
After evaluating the piece, we will contact you to discuss any fees if any.

| Versani gladly offers a complimentary cleaning for your Versani pieces at our Versani boutiques. |

| We warranty the craftsmanship of our jewelry. To preserve our warranty, you can only resize, modify, repair your jewelry at Versani repair center.
